Wild Brew 2024 will be held on August 24th at the Cox Business Center, 100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103. The hours for the festival are:

Saturday 4 pm–5 pm – Wild Brew PATRON ONLY HOUR
Saturday 5 pm-8 pm – Wild Brew Event

Wild Brew will be held in Exhibit Hall B and C in the Cox Business Center, 100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103. The event is 100% indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. The festive space is filled with brewery tents and trucks, fabulous food tables, extensive silent auction displays, live music, local artist’s demonstrations, an exclusive patron area and more.

TICKETS AND PACKAGES
All participants must be over 21.

GENERAL ADMISSION
General Admission Ticket – $75. All food and beverage tastings and Wild Brew tasting cup are included.

PATRON TICKETS AND PACKAGES
Patron Ticket- $175. Patron tickets and packages include early access to the event beginning at 4 pm, private seating in a reserved space with comfortable seating, exclusive food and beverage offerings plus special promotional opportunities. All food and beverage tastings and Wild Brew tasting cup and convenient beer lanyard are included.

ATTIRE

Wild Brew is a casual indoor event.

Credit cards and Cash will be accepted at all points of sale throughout the venue.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE EVENT?

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into the COX Center with the exception of bottled water (limit one bottle per person).

CAN I CARRY A WEAPON?

Firearms and weapons are prohibited in the facility, except by on-duty law enforcement officers with jurisdiction.

WHAT TIME DOES THE COX CENTER OPEN?

THE COX CENTER DOORS WILL OPEN AT 3 PM. Look for separate lines for the General Admission and Patron Ticket holders.

WHERE IS THE LOST AND FOUND LOCATED?

Lost and found is located at the Will Call booth near the front entry. All items not claimed by the end of the Wild Brew will be securely held at the Cox Business Center. Lost-and-found items may be retrieved by contacting the venue at 918.894.4350

CAN I SMOKE ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?

In accordance with Tulsa City ordinances, smoking is prohibited inside the Cox Center all times. Smoking in outside areas is permitted; however, guests are asked to please extinguish all smoking materials when finished and dispose of materials properly. Please do not throw materials on the ground as these are unsightly and difficult to pick up. Please keep our area clean!

WHERE CAN I BUY OFFICIAL WILD BREW MERCHANDISE?

Wild Brew merchandise will be available at the event at the Merchandise Booth. Shop early for the best selection. Items can be held for you after purchase.

CAN I SUPPORT THE SUTTON CENTER DIRECTLY AT THE EVENT?

Yes. You can purchase Sutton merchandise or purchase a membership at the same booth where Wild Brew merchandise is sold or go to Sutton’s website: https://suttoncenter.org/development/ways-to-support/membership-donation/

HOW CAN I PURCHASE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

No need. All food and beverage tastings are included with your entry ticket.

MAY I RE-ENTER WILD BREW ONCE I HAVE LEFT?

No re-entry.
